“I wanted to share how pleased I am with Pats. I have been taking my car here for a few years now, and have always been very pleased. My car broke down the other day and needed a tow, and I didn't have to think twice about where to have it taken. It was a Friday afternoon, so I was not expecting to hear anything till Monday. To my surprise, I was called within about two hours and given a very fair repair price for a broken front axle. Pat's had my car good as new by a Tuesday morning, and I was even able to have it inspected while it was in the shop to save me some time. “I had the motor mounts replaced in my mini cooper last year and the were 3x cheaper than the dealership. Recently one of them had worn completely down again so I went back over to T&D and was completely blown away by their customer service. They got me in for an appt the next day dropped off my car in the morning and they were done by lunch. It was all covered by the warranty.They stand behind their work. It was no fault of the shop that the motor mount failed prematurely but they did the right thing and fixed the issue. I will use them for everything we need from now on.Thank you”

“Very knowledgeable staff.and super friendly. A family oriented group of fellas. What makes my first experience with them is that the mechanic came in on his day off to finish my truck. As a new customer I was impressed and grateful to this above average service. As a first responder the previous statement is unselfish, vey much appreciated, and putting a volunteer firefighter back to helping the community. They called several times to give me status updates. Hands down by far the best mom and pop shop out there. Better than Mavis or blue moon. Rates are reasonable and won’t break the bank. This group of guys want to do the job right and they did in my book. They fixed a problem that I’ve been chasing for a couple months with a cheap code scanner. Borders employees you are the best. Thank you for your hard work and dedication. They say everyone needs a hero and these guys are mine and yes firefighters have hero’s too haha.”

“My husband and I stopped by to get a few gift cards for Christmas gifts, because they are always cheaper there then there value. As we walked around we found some really nice gifts for our grandchildren, and some great deals. Then picked up some essentials we needed for ourselves. And most important a shovel for this winter, we could of used it last weekend when we had a storm, our last shovel broke. Now we are ready , for it. The only thing I'm not to happy about is that they have changed 75% of there registers to self serve, makes it so un-personable. Miss that one and one contact with your cashier. Instead they have more people as you walk out checking your receipt and cart.”
