“I was having difficulty purchasing my EGO mower & string trimmer online using the Ace app so I just headed down to the nearest one that had the one I wanted in stock. The fellas tending the store were quick to ask if I needed any assistance upon walking in. I purchased an aluminum deck EGO mower & Line IQ string trimmer. The gentlemen were quick to gather products & help me load them up in my Crosstrek after paying. Bell Ace is closer but didnt have the aluminum deck mower in stock. Paul's Hardware/Garden Center was pretty straightforward considering I came knowing exactly what I wanted but I would not hesitate to return here if needed.”

Awesome and. a local business!!!!! No waiting and has a big supply of other tools and loctight. fluid. I'll be back again real soon for rear bearings. Also installed bearings and working great!!!”
“The absolute best of selections in woodworking. From Woodturning to machinery to wood, they have it all. Took a class here, and it was amazing. They know their stuff and make sure you are doing things the correct way. Very clean and the instructors make sure you know what they are teaching. Prices are excellent.”
“I snuck in near the closing time of the store. I was welcomed quickly and shown where the items I was looking for could be found. I noticed the store manager jumping on a register while trying to get everyone through the checkout lines. All in all, a great experience and I will definitely go again for other hardware needs in the future.”
“I love this store and the prices match the quality! The plants are beautiful. The paint selection perfect colors and all. I also love to visit the household cleaning items. Zep, micro blue towels and trash bags 150 for less than $20 a must! I'm always in and out with a special greeting each time never fails. Might I had that I was looking for oops paint and was taken directly to it! I even looked lost cause it's huge and a young lady took notice and ask me if she could help me.”

Cashier at pro exit (older lady) was professional...interactive and made small talk. Hire more like her for sales floor. Young guy long hair /hat in tile asile was pleasant and helpful”
“On this visit we went to look at and possibly purchase a Weber propane grill to replace our 21 year old Weber Summit grill. We saw a slightly smaller Weber we liked online and went to see it in person. Unfortunately the one on the floor was not the one we were looking at even though it was marked as the same one. We brought this mistake to the attention of an employee and they spent a few moments doing some research and apologized for the mistake, stating that the floor model of the one we wanted had been sold. So we ordered one and got free assembly and free delivery along with my military discount. When they delivered it, one door had a crease/dent. The driver called Lowes service and they could order a new one for me at no additional cost or I could accept it and receive a discount. I accepted it and got another discount. Overall, the experience was very good and both the store staff and the contractor they hired were very helpful and professional.”
