“This is now my go to mailing hub. The staff is super friendly and they give personalized service. I am always greeted with a smile. They took the time to get to know me and send me my receipts by email which helps me to keep track of them better - no paper to lose. Someone is always there during their hours - this was a problem at the grocery store I was using. I love the one stop drop off location - I can drop off all my - USPS, FedEx and UPS - at one convenient location. No more running around town to different locations. I highly recommend this business!! Keep up the great work.”
“Stopped by recently to drop off an old surge protector/power supply for electronic recycling. Pretty easy to do and they wil lgive you a receipt for it, though you'll have to do your own accounting for the donation as they ring up a $0.00 amount.”

And when I need something replaced in my laptop they always replace it for me when I purchase a replacement product from them and they have a warranty on all replacement parts if they do the work replaced what needs to be replaced and you purchase the part from them or one of there reseller”

“Tom helped me out today in a major way! I came to pick up a print order for my wedding invitations I purchased through canva. I realized there was an issue with the order on my end. Tom went above and beyond to help. He was short staffed and had customers he was helping and instead of just telling me to get it fixed with canva, he finished helping who was in line and took the time to fix it for me. “I created two posters for the upcoming Diwali celebration for Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Hospital. The colors of the posters were not accurate due to my CMYK file printed as an RGB file. What was a purple brown background should have been a beautiful Magenta. Stephanie, at Staples, Lehigh Street, Allentown, PA. dedicated herself to make sure this project was perfect. Nicole, Manager, and Abigail also helped. Chris, Manager of printing at Staples, Union Blvd, Bethlehem, also made sure this project was stunning ! I am hoping that they realize what an impact they have made with these two beautiful posters. Even two women behind me, who I didn't know, said 'wow ... look at these beautiful posters'. I highly recommend Staples at Lehigh Street, Allentown, PA and Staples at Union Blvd., Bethlehem, PA !!”

“Located right on Main Street this Post Office is in an exceptional location right down the street from the public library & tons of places to munch! The couriers keep the line moving & appear to be super attentive (I just dropped off a letter so I wouldn't hold up any incoming traffic with more assistance required parcels). The parking is on the side, & they run USPS's typical hours!”

“The Palmerton P.O. IS a professional atmosphere where people can go in and send out mail with tracking for assurance their package will arrive. It is only on average between $0.10-$2 to jump up from 1ST Class to Priority Mail (depending on weight and distance) and it includes the tracking information to rest easy knowing when it is delivered.The counter associates are friendly, professional and they DO seem to know everyone. The two female clerks inside the building make it their business to know their job, the postage rates and services. Palmerton PO also has at least one new staff as well to beef up mail services. They ARE helpful and it is only the customers' candor that warrants the responses they receive.The mail delivery can be faster, but think about how there is limited staff, increased quantity (anywhere this would pose to be a challenge) and people taking off for personal illness things will slow down.Since the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic and beyond, I have yet to have to call down there and say I am missing anything (whether a letter, package etc) and I am happy to claim since living here in early 2016, NOBODY has ever tampered with my mail.Also, the individual that cleans the post office lobby areas is always doing an excellent job keeping the place CLEAN AND SAFE! You can clearly tell she is generous with the cleaning service/products!Keep up the great work and thank you for the service!”

“Great customer service. They helped get a shipment to Los Angeles that somehow went thru Guam and Hawaii get unstock in the USPS system. A few days after sharing tracking # and issue with them, they were able to contact Hawaii USPS to find the package and get it to LA. Above and beyond service!!!”
