I didn't know the outside lobby where the PO Boxes are located was allowed to be locked at night. However, the lobby hours say 6:00am to 9:00pm. I've been there THREE times this year around 7:00 or 7:30 and have not been able to get mail for my office. They need to check their locking mechanism or get rid of it completely.
