“The ladies at the drove thru are always friendly but:UPDATE: less than 24hours after my review the situation has been resolved. I appreciate FKCB for their care and concern of their customers.I've had my bank accounts with FKCB for almost 10 years now, in which I've deposited my pay check from the same job. I've been depositing my checks with this branch for almost three years. In February my employer had some odd things happen with his account in which two of my paychecks were bounced. I've always had way more money in the accounts than the checks to cover the bounce and fee. This branch started putting two day holds on my funds. That was fine, I thought it'd be maybe for a month but it's been almost three months a this point ( with no issues with my pay checks since). I always try to deposit my checks on Wednesday, as soon as they open, so I can have my money by Friday. If I deposit on thrusday I won't get paid till Monday, despite them being open on Saturday. This has all been very annoying, I'm being punished for something that wasn't my fault. This week my check was accidentally written out for the year 2023, which happens its still early in the calender year, the bank didn't catch this until over four hours later when they told me they can't deposit because of the year. I'm already at work now and can't fix it, so now I have to go tomorrow morning ans not get paid till Monday now. It's beyond infuriating when I didn't do anything wrong but continuously get punished because of it. If I go to any other FKCB branch they deposit my check with no holds.”
