“Lawn mower would not start in Spring. Had emptied gas tank but didn’t run till empty. Price to fix was very reasonable and said it would be ready in around 2 weeks and it was. Called me Pop as in “Can I help you pop?”. I'm only 88. No one ever called me Pop before. I like being Pop.”
“On this visit we went to look at and possibly purchase a Weber propane grill to replace our 21 year old Weber Summit grill. We saw a slightly smaller Weber we liked online and went to see it in person. Unfortunately the one on the floor was not the one we were looking at even though it was marked as the same one. We brought this mistake to the attention of an employee and they spent a few moments doing some research and apologized for the mistake, stating that the floor model of the one we wanted had been sold. So we ordered one and got free assembly and free delivery along with my military discount. When they delivered it, one door had a crease/dent. The driver called Lowes service and they could order a new one for me at no additional cost or I could accept it and receive a discount. I accepted it and got another discount. Overall, the experience was very good and both the store staff and the contractor they hired were very helpful and professional.”

“The store is very well stocked but most of all the employees are kid's that don't know what there selling . I can tell the staff does there best to train them but still it's annoying sometimes when your in a hurry l wish John and Lisa & uncle joe where still there it was my favorite place to shop sometimes you get lucky an the owner is there Joe's a great guy an knows his stuff”
