“Veterinarian behavioralists are super hard to find. Dr. Reisner was responsive and had a great website to learn more info about services rendered.The wait times across the country are atrociously long (some had wait times of 6-8 months), so I was excited to hear about just a 6 week wait to have my dog be seen.Once I have our appointment, I will update the review. So far, so good though. ? Excited to get support for my little guy.”

I haven't had kittens in 20 years, and Dr. Bowers and her office were so patient with my many questions and wacky scheduling needs. “What can I say? I wish we could all pass on while lying on our beds on the porch, in the full sunshine and surrounded by family, with a belly full of Reese's peanut butter cups. This was the best money ever spent. Dr. Aronson was so kind, respectful, and really listened. She let us set the pace and explained what was going to happen, both in advance and as it went on, and made sensitive suggestions throughout and giving us space as needed. After she left, she followed up with a poem based on the stories we told her about my dog, along with a nose print that she took of him. Being able to say goodbye to your dog on your own time and in a stress-free setting of your choosing is the greatest gift. I'm so grateful we had this option and I'm so glad we had Dr. Aronson there to help.”

She took time to explain everything and made sure I was comfortable with my pets treatment plan- part of which includes manually expressing my rabbits bladder, she demonstrated the proper technique and then let me try to make sure I was confident before I went home. I literally came 10 minutes before close and never felt rushed or insignificant to her. She’s the best exotic vet I’ve had!”
“Twice I had taken my dog to Glenolden, when my vet for 30 years, couldn't see my dog for days. The 2 visits were for issues too, not routine exams. Everyone was kind and very thorough in my dogs examination, along with follow up communication. I will be taking my dogs to Glenolden in the future.”

“Had 2 male cats neutered. $90 each. If your cat does not have a current rabies vaccine they give a rabies shot $25 when you drop the pet off for spaying/neutering.9 AM drop off ,4 PM pick up, although they do call you to pick up earlieras an option if the procedure is finishes earlier.”

“The staff here is very caring. After an initial misunderstanding, my senior dog was welcomed without an appointment for emergency surgery. When I walked in, they were ready, took him back for an evaluation and somehow fit him into their full day of surgeries. They kept me informed during the day and provided me with a complete explanation of what to expect in the next day or two and what I needed to do. Thank you for giving me more time with my 15 year old dog.
