“In an unfortunate turn of events I found myself halfway through an 8 hour drive without an oil cap. None of the auto parts stores in town carried a compatible oil cap, including both nearby Subaru dealerships. When I explained my predicament, the worker at Fremont Automotive brought a collection of oil caps out to my car to test out. When none of them fit, he pulled the part out of one of their own cars and insisted they would replace it later that week and I didn't need to pay. Without their kindness I would still be Lewisburg waiting for the special ordered oil cap to arrive at the dealership. Thank you for going above and beyond to help me get back on the road!”

“Superb customer service. When my battery was going bad, they tested it and were able to diagnose that the alternator was the root cause. NAPA refused to even look, told me to bring it inside even though I mentioned I wasn't equipped with tools. Advance took care of me, and did it with a smile.
The timing wasn't the best, I had this happen about 1:00 and was leaving for a trip the next day. Taking it home wasn't an option because the battery was dying and wasn't getting recharged. The gentleman, Shane, that tested my battery called several different garages to find a mechanic that could get it done. He went above and beyond to help out.

“I walked in for my appointment and was greeted by Alicia, who had an awesome personality and got me rolling on my tire install. Auto center lobby was getting busy and she did not neglect anyone who was waiting. I had two tires installed and was out the door in under an hour. The auto shop people were also fantastic, very good attitudes for a Saturday morning. When I was finishing up the last part of the sale Gary was there helping people and he also had a fantastic attitude. I will definitely be back for all my tire needs if these two remain employees.
