“Had an issue with plumbing installation and had to go get a diverter to fix the issue. Started at lansdale Ferguson and the 2 guys (I don’t know their names) were so helpful dumbing it down for me so i could understand. They found the part I needed in New Britain store so they called and asked them to hold it for me. I went to New Britain store where it was waiting for me, so fast and home I went. Well Delta packaged the 3 way diverter into a 6 way diverter box so it didn’t work and I had to return to New Britain store to get the right one. They called all over the place and tried to find me this rare piece. Steve, Kevin and Keith were all making calls and searching online for it and they found one!! They were so helpful and just wanted to make sure I got what I needed, even calling family who worked in the business to see if they could locate one. They refunded the one that was in the wrong packaging from Delta and I should have what my plumber needs within 24hrs. I learned a lot about plumbing today and I can say that both the Lansdale and the New Britain store have employees who will help you understand exactly what you need. Great job today Steve, Kevin & Keith in New Britain and the 2 guys whose names i didn’t get in Lansdale. I hope your boss sees this review cause you are the best!!”

“A really nice couple that helped me out. I took a piece of laminate to them that I needed cut down, I did not call ahead, I just drove there. It was a Monday and they were closed, however I just happen to catch them. Roger's wife greeted me and I explained I was looking for someone that could cut this piece of laminate so I didn't screw it up, I only had one piece and I did not have the right tools to cut it. She said that Roger would be off the phone in a few minutes and he would take a look. Roger was extremely friendly and said he could do it the next day. I went to pick it up this afternoon and asked "What do I owe you?". She said "He said don't worry about it, it took him 2 minutes" In today's world you don't find business owners like this. They have a really nice shop full of decorations, I am going to return with my wife to purchase something.”

She went above and beyond to offer support, assistance and design advice. Yes, our faucets were delayed much longer than we all anticipated and yet out of all the vendors we used for the different aspects of our kitchen you were the only one to keep me updated and posted along the way. You never once left me hanging and I thank you for that. Sometimes all it takes is keeping the customer informed and you did that amazingly well. It was appreciated.You were also amazing and super responsive when I wanted to order our cabinet hardware and then change the finish on the faucet order. You never sounded frustrated or put out, you simply took the order and made it happen.As for your service department: I was able to pick up the order as my items arrived and every time I walked into the service/pick up department they were friendly and helpful.I would do business with you and Weinstein again and plan on doing so in about a year when embark on the big Bathroom renovation.”

“Been eating here since the mid to late 90s, never sent food back, never had to complain about anything. The food has been consistent for years. Prices have gone up along with the economy but they are still the cheapest wings in town and taste better then any takeout joint in delco in my opinion. If there is a mistake the management honors it with sugar on top very good people this is a family owned business that everyone should support as that is the real backbone of America 🇺🇸”
