He spent a lot of time with me, was very pleasant and professional. Nick was able to transfer my precious and priceless photos from my old phone to my new phone. He also helped me with Google Maps on my new phone that was not giving me the start option but just a preview option. Nick was able to locate the start option for me. “This is hands down the best Verizon store I have ever stepped into. Everyone that works there is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. I made the switch from an android to an iPhone and my messages were not transferring. Angela, Nicole, Eric, and Thiago all worked hard and were committed to getting all of my messages and they did it! They also were able to look at our bill and offer ways to reduce our monthly payment. If you are looking for a Verizon store, this is the place to go. I told my neighbor about them who used a different carrier, and she went and came home a Verizon customer with a much cheaper monthly plan. I highly recommend them! Their staff is incredible!”

“Hands down, this Verizon store has the most capable and get-it-done guru’s I’ve seen. Technician Eddie in particular solved all problems and got me onto a better plan. I had a legacy Verizon plan that had a meltdown leaving my phone in SOS mode and my other devices on a trickle feed of data. Online tech support and other Verizon stores couldn’t help me. Eddie got the Verizon back office on the horn and fixed problems no-one else could solve. Thx.”

“I visited AT&T several times and did not have the best service due to an issue with a misspelling of my name on our account, however on this occasion Juliana wiped away the memory of all of those experiences. I was told by all the other representatives to figure it out in the app or call customer service but Juliana took the time to help us sort out the issue in the app and get a new phone within minutes. She made helpful suggestions and perfectly applied my screen protector and case saving me from pulling out my hair attempting to do it myself. I couldn't be happier with her smiling service, and will definitely make sure she's working next time I need AT&T.”

“I’ve been having a hard time with T-Mobile lately. The app is awful. The sales associates are never helpful and I always get the runaround when I call customer service so I came into this AT&T store in Souderton like a tornado. I was met with David and I immediately asked him if AT&T can beat my current situation. He immediately said yes without a doubt so we got into more details and I couldn’t believe how smart he is and how knowledgeable he is without any pressure at all. He answered all of my questions with great detail so that I could make an informed decision for myself. We ended up switching over our phones and taking the Internet and save $100 a month. it was so difficult to deal with T-Mobile to switch over the phones and David explained to us if we ever needed to leave AT&T it wouldn’t be this difficult. My husband‘s current phone wasn’t working too well so we brought another phone and asked David if he could switch it over until we were able to upgrade when the new phones are shipped to the store he had that done in five minutes we were blown away. I cannot believe how easy the customer service is as well as their app. I’m so glad to be done with T-Mobile. Thank you so much David for making my life easier.”
