She spent considerable time working with both companies to ensure my replacement phone was properly ordered and delivered, never making me feel rushed or frustrated despite the challenges.
When the new phone finally arrived, Diana went above and beyond by helping me set it up, transferring my information, and making sure everything was working correctly before I left. Her knowledge, dedication, and willingness to help turned what could have been a very stressful experience into a smooth and positive one.
