    They have changed locations and hours. The website and Google are not changed with the hours, so everyone just know they are ONLY OPEN on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday now. I imagine next year they will be fully closed: Independence Health System will no longer offer any services in New Castle. UPMC is too big of an opponent... read full comment

    I went to this place at 12:56 and the door was locked. No one inside and the sign on the door said they close at 1:00.
