Wow I know the joke is that phlebotomist are vampires because they draw blood and all, but the uncaring, and extremely rude nature of this visit was crazy
First of all, she had the chair for the blood drawing up so high, my disabled client had to climb, almost falling, when we asked she said “it saves her back.”
Then notably addresses my client as “pessimistic,” then additionally asked me to remove my gum from my mouth because “no food or drink allowed in the lab,” unless instructed lol with her Stanley on the table in front of her, my client remarked that that was a weird rule, and she asked me to separate from my disabled client and wait in the waiting room.
