“My wife makes a Maryland stuffed ham each year either for Christmas or Easter. It’s a southern Maryland recipe that calls for a fresh ham. This year we purchased a 12 pound (fresh, not frozen) from Beatty’s. And I have to say it was the very best Maryland stuffed ham I have ever eaten! We enjoy all foods we get there. The ham loaf is the best and all the other meats and Amish goodies we buy there.”
