I love Lowes but they got this new promotion that is a loyalty card and if you sign up for it you lose your veteran dicount. Not right in my opinion you should be able to choose what discount you want. My Money in hand should be my choice. But I that's just my humble opinion.

I walked around for at least 15-20 minutes and passed at least 5 associates that made sure not to make eye contact & continued there conversation with the other associate. Not a welcome feeling.

I usually never complain about a store, because nobody is perfect and things happen.. but wow this Lowe’s sucks! A month ago, we went in for a fridge and we asked an employee for help but she said she didn’t work in appliances and asked us which fridge we were looking at. We went to go find someone who could help us (which you can’t get any help in that store) and when we came back, that employee had slapped a sold sign and her name on the fridge we wanted to purchase. She did it on the clock and it was the last one of that kind. After calling 50 times for a manager and being disconnected because it rang so long, we finally complain about her doing that, and a manager tries to remedy the situation and marks down a different fridge for us. We specified that we needed it on the following Tuesday and that we wouldn’t be at the location until 5pm. They said it wouldn’t be a problem to deliver it at 5. Well we ended up getting to the house at 4 and there was a sign on the door saying Lowe’s had already tried to deliver the fridge and we weren’t home. So we call them and after about 100 more attempts to talk to a manager, someone finally tells us that our fridge was delivered to the wrong address. We are furious and go back up to Lowe’s in person and someone else there tells us they do have our fridge still. Wth?? So we said we would just take it to the house ourselves since we had a truck that day. The guy says he’s bringing it out and we waited a half hour and he has disappeared and we were on a time crunch, so we had to go home with no fridge and nowhere to store all our food. Finally, 2 days later after we move in, we get our fridge. It’s absolutely ridiculous how nobody there has a clue what’s going on, and you have to battle them just to get through and speak to someone in charge. I honestly have never had such a bad experience at any store.

Every time I go to Lowes, I'm reminded of why I never shop there. Good luck getting assistance in the store for anything, even if it is just unlocking a tool so you can buy it.
