“Update: Something changed at Village Pharmacy a while back. I'm not sure if they replaced staff but it's been a different experience for a while now. Everyone is pleasant and nice in recent history and I've no qualms going here now to fill prescriptions.
I've been to Village Pharmacy and called on a number of occasions. Every time I go here or call in, the people that I deal with have poor attitudes and make it seem like I'm inconveniencing them for doing their jobs. The staff desperately need to do something to increase their moral so they're not so incredibly unpleasant to deal with. Just because you guys are the only pharmacy in the area doesn't mean that people won't drive a few more miles to deal with more pleasurable people.”

“So this review is for the one on State street inside the Sparkles grocery store. I went for my Covid 19 vaccine and had the best costumer service experience by the pharmacist Bob and everyone else there. At first I had trouble finding it but they were so helpful and accommodating in helping me out. They called ahead to get the insurance part out of the way to reduce the wait time. They were able to get me in right away and seem to really care about the job they are doing. My only regret is that I live over an hour away so can’t really use them on a regular basis but if you live in the area, I highly recommend them.”

“This is a very nice Walgreens. Bella in Photo developing is the nicest employee and helped me to get my reprint order just right. Employee Bella took her time to get everything perfect for me and did not rush me in any way. I appreciate this store so much and this Walgreens Employee definitely has the Christmas spirit :) Kudos”

“Been using this pharmacy for a while. I was pretty neutral about it, just a pharmacy. Yesterday I had to pick up a new medication, and had signed up for a discount card which is new to me. The new med didn’t qualify for the discount. The technician, Todd, went above and beyond and spent probably a half hour getting me set up with one that would save me over half the cost of the new medicine.”
