“We use this post office often, and it has really improved recently. The postmaster is nice and helpful. There’s a convenient drop-off area for prepaid packages, which makes things much easier. The space is cleaner and even has small seasonal decorations, which is a nice touch. Overall, the staff are friendly and pleasant. The only downside is the occasional rude customer—but that’s not the staff’s fault at all.”

The folks at the New Wilmington post office are super friendly and knowledgeable - both qualities that are lacking at the other place. I always receive outstanding service and care at the New Wilmington Post Office.”
