“Dr. Alan is one of the best vets I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. He is a wealth of knowledge who is so compassionate and caring about animals and their owners. Monica has been the tech/receptionist that we've seen and her level of care for animals is nothing I've ever seen before. We have had our cat here for a flea bite allergy. We got her checked out and they explained what's happening and how we can treat Macy. I took her back today and they were celebrating how well she's responding to the meds. I've never had a vet or a vet tech be so celebratory for an animal like that. The whole time our cat was being seen, Monica was petting her and reassuring her. Both of them spoke to Macy like they were her owners. That is an amazing level of care and I greatly appreciate it.”
