“Billman's Auto body did a great job on my truck. They do great work at great prices. They also will either wave part of your deductible or all of it. For me Mr. Billman waved my deductible both times. I had my other car at the shop last year and he did a very good job on it as well. Highly recommend, I want to give him more than 5 stars because I don't think 5 stars is enough. If you are within 15 miles from the shop they can give you a ride (if needed). “My car failed inspection for some rust on my undercarriage and a competitor told me that it absolutely could not be patched, and would not pass inspection unless that entire part was pulled & replaced and then it would need an alignment. The competitor quoted me $1600.
I took it to Jay at Global Auto Collision and he said that not only could he patch it, but also that he could do it immediately, while I waited. My car was back on the road one hour and $150 later.
I took the car back to my regular garage for re-inspection and it passed, no questions asked. JAY SAVED ME $1400. I would not hesitate to call on Global Auto Collision again if the need should present itself.”

“I was greeted on the breezeway by Bret, if I remember his name correctly. (Apologies if I'm incorrect) I was told Jay was going to be my advisor. Well he was all over the place and never once sent a text message letting ne know he was going to be my advisor. My service was done and my car sat in the breezeway too the point it was moved to allow another customer leave. I did speak with Jay until it was time too go. I think he can be good, if he comes down and focus. I know they're extremely busy, however I've had 3 cars from there and saw folks come and go from Service. I wish Jay well, just settle down and you'll do good.”
“Interaction was short and sweet. Previously, had a subpar garage not in Harrisburg to work on my Jeep before, left things go I asked them to fix, bad communication etc. Now my battery kept dying, so I call Harkins, they got me in as I told them I needed my car for the weekend. They open at 8AM, by 10AM the next day they not only had full diagnosis but also EXACT ESTIMATE. Picked it up the next day and everything now working great. Appreciate the promptness but mostly calling me and giving me an exact estimate. Thank you guys!”

He was recommended from my regular car shop and I am very happy with my experience. He used what he could from what was salvagable which was all but 1 piece. He could have hussled me to replace it all. Instead, he helped find the least expensive route. He was transparent about pricing and my options. Offered to touch up a spot to prevent rusting. A curb or three may have been scraped by my back door. Service was quick and looks great!”
