“Excellent customer service. My repair job wasn't perfect because some brackets we visible in gap between the fender and the front bumper, but they were willing to replace the fender to fix that small issue. I haven't taken my car back to have that fixed but I'll update then.
UPDATE: The did an amazing job on my car. I'm very happy with the result. Customer service incredible as well. I'd definitively recommend this place.”

“Billman's Auto body did a great job on my truck. They do great work at great prices. They also will either wave part of your deductible or all of it. For me Mr. Billman waved my deductible both times. I had my other car at the shop last year and he did a very good job on it as well. Highly recommend, I want to give him more than 5 stars because I don't think 5 stars is enough. If you are within 15 miles from the shop they can give you a ride (if needed). “I have made a mess of my driver side quarter size scrape trying DIY using Amazon and even factory paint ( touch up/spray can / clear coat) . More I tried to fix it more it gotten out of hand. ?♂️. Finally, I started searching for a decent auto body shop to get me out of this situation. The dead center mess I made on my brand new truck was just not bearable.
I have done work on my bikes engine and mechanical stuff oil changes to brake pads and chain stuff, but I guess I found out auto paint is something I can't do .
I came across Phil's body shop and other Auto body shops in the Harrisburg area, also gotten estimates from few shops but I chose Phil's as I felt more comfortable with Google reviews and also the ppl in the office were amazing and knowledgeable they have quoted me a very decent price. They also, upon my request, squeeze me in before the July 4th weekend.
I dropped off the truck on Thursday, and on Monday, it was ready. The results were
amazing they have done the perfect job.
I can't tell if the mess i made was even there.
Phil, the owner, even gave me a discount ( law enforcement)
I highly recommend these guys for a professional job with a very decent price.”

“Interaction was short and sweet. Previously, had a subpar garage not in Harrisburg to work on my Jeep before, left things go I asked them to fix, bad communication etc. Now my battery kept dying, so I call Harkins, they got me in as I told them I needed my car for the weekend. They open at 8AM, by 10AM the next day they not only had full diagnosis but also EXACT ESTIMATE. Picked it up the next day and everything now working great. Appreciate the promptness but mostly calling me and giving me an exact estimate. Thank you guys!”

They made the entire process, from quote to repair to pick-up, extremely easy. They handled everything payment-wise through the other driver's insurance company. The actual repair took less than 2 days, but it looks brand new. They also gave my car a good cleaning which was much appreciated!”

“I had my 4Runner front bumper previously repaired by Car Star Fred bean , just few weeks later, the bumper started peeling off by each day it was getting worse.
And when I had to go back to them asking them to fix it they wouldn’t take it , the manager there (G) started accusing my tires , saying it’s your tires making this bumper not stay , I couldn’t believe such an irrational approach!!
Even for me who’s not a professional in car dealership I wouldn’t think that way especially after telling him that my tires have been on the car for more than 2 years !!
But I thank Gloria the Manager at Autobodies by Lucas ,a very wonderful lady, they really do work here with perfection !!after my insurance (State Farm )came in , my car was assessed there and she made it fixed correctly ,all the mess caused by Car Star !!
And the interesting part is that the bill was send to to car star.

Well he was all over the place and never once sent a text message letting ne know he was going to be my advisor. My service was done and my car sat in the breezeway too the point it was moved to allow another customer leave. I did speak with Jay until it was time too go. I think he can be good, if he comes down and focus. I know they're extremely busy, however I've had 3 cars from there and saw folks come and go from Service. I wish Jay well, just settle down and you'll do good.”
“They went above and beyond when my bus broke down. I told him I was in northern Virginia and my bus broke down. He got me in touch with some buddies down that way who came and fixed my fuel pump. I was truly stranded and would have had a tow that would have cost more than the fix itself! Thank you for your recommendation, I just had my oil changed and inspection there.
