“I called about a parcel that wasn't delivered and the tracking information just dead-ended showing that it left PGH but then nothing, it never arrived in Monongahela.... I called Monongahela post office to inquire about the parcel and a man (I think his name was Dan) answered. He didn't treat me like I was annoying him or wasting his time. He looked into the parcel for me and actually called me back with an update and told me he would continue to try to help locate the missing parcel. Super friendly and super helpful which is commendable when post-offices are often short-staffed and super busy. Stellar service.”

All the front counter associates at this location have been nothing but sweet, funny, kind, and helpful. They have saw me struggling carrying things in and helped. They have when I got hurt cared for my cut. They have when I was sick given me a mask. They have gone above a beyond.”

“This was the creepiest post office from the outside but its good folks 👍 the parking is strange too. They need a lil lot and maybe some pressure wash tlc outside because it looks like an abandoned building with wild shrubbery growing everywhere. Don't be a big chicken like me I promise its fine 😅”
