“I liked this place and did a good enough job to get a layer of dirt off when I bought the deluxe, but the back of my suv was still dirty and my husband took it to get it washed again the next day because "it was dirty." I did enjoy using the drive through car with as it was nice, new, and clean.”

“Older change machines took $1,5,$10,$20, no cards, and no ATM. Change machines inside and outside. The vacuum I used worked great, and it looked like the other people were having no trouble either. Several manual washing stalls 1 automatic”

“I never had an issue in the past. The self serve I went to wasn't functioning. I canceled the transaction, resulting in a $20 is pending on my card. I called the number and it doesn't connect to anyone. That's the emergency number. Very frustrating. Luckily, there was an attendee and for some reason he had the magic touch. He explained the pending charge should correct to the minimum of $5, so he put $5 worth of time for me. Very sweet. He turned around my experience. Thank you”
“I purchased their titanium car wash and got home and noticed that there was still a lot of bird crap on the trunk of my car. And the rims were still dirty. I called them and explained it to them, The guy on the phone was apologetic and said bring your car back over and we will get that clean. I did and they got it clean. I got what I paid for. They stood behind their product and their work that they do. They deserve five stars.

“I like this car wash over a lot of others. Some car washes can be very aggravating when their water pressure for the rinse function is low, causing you to deposit more money to finish the rinse. But I never have that problem here. It's located right off the main road thru Strasburg, with easy access and departure. My little Mazda looks brand new after utilizing this car wash!”

“The wash was good but #4 vacuum didn't work. The phone # on the website forwards to a # that has nothing to do w/ the business. Sent email with no response. Vacuum didn't suction & stop button didn't work. Charged my cc for no service. ?
