“Ran low on Propane and heating unit was not refiring. Jess there Tech Manager came out and diagnosed multiple problems and stayed until our heat was back on and running smooth. He went over and above the call of duty. He is a class act and a kind man as well. Thanks again”

“Our fuel oil tank was 75 years old so it was an accident waiting to happen. Most new oil tanks have a fifteen year warranty. The employees for Zimmerman's fuel department did a nice job and removed the old 275 gallon tank from our cellar and replaced it with a new tank. The old tank was nearly 3/4 full of fuel so they pumped that fuel into a temporary storage tank that was on our lawn. Then they pumped the fuel from the storage tank into the new tank using filtering equipment. They have an experienced crew for their fuel department and they charge reasonable fees for their work.”

“We had moved into a new house and were not used to monitoring propane levels. In the middle of a bitter cold snap in January we realized our tank was almost on empty and propane is our only heat source. Called Sweetwater and they had a truck there in two hours!”

“On auto delivery and they have never missed a delivery. The option to make partial payments is a great service to customers in this economy especially with the price of gas.”
