“First time here after seeing it on Google Maps. West Trenton and Ewing is so nice! This is the cleanest, neatest, brightest NAPA I seen so far. Unfortunately I have only seen 25 or so, and been inside 7, so there may be more bright spots out there. He had my order filled in 10 minutes during lunch time. April 8th, 2024 a Monday (day of the infamous eclipse). The younger guy was friendly and sharp. I want to think of other things to buy here this week. Probably cleaning products. As soon as you walk through the door...you know!”

“I can't recommend them enough. I primarily worked with Steve Jr., and he provided me with one of the best service experiences I've ever had. I'm a younger guy, so when I was involved in a minor non-fault accident, I was completely new to navigating the situation with all the interests involved: the other party, the insurance companies, and the rental car companies. Steve Jr. walked me through the process step by step and told me what was going to happen and what certain folks would say (everything, by the way, he was precisely correct about). He arranged a rental within a single day when I had a tight turn-around before leaving for a trip, he did an excellent job advocating for my car on my behalf and getting the fullest extent of what I was entitled to, and to boot, he did some complimentary paint work on a separate scratch free of charge. At the risk of sounding a bit corny, working with Buckingham Collision not only repaired my car, but also helped to repair my faith in people being helpful to one another beyond the typical call of duty--not motivated necessarily by immediate profit, but instead, motivated by the genuine, unselfish desire to help others. It was evident in how he treated me and the rental company he chooses to work with, a smaller company that employs retired veterans. If you find yourself in an accident needing body work and you're feeling unsure how to navigate such a situation, I think you'd struggle mightily to do better than Buckingham Collision.”

They shipped the right part price was $299.67 and $464 at Gm same part number Shipped t to Firestone CAC overnight no questions asked customer service was excellent website was well laid out will order from this company again. I don't get all the negative feedback took a change 5 stats and they shipped it to Firestone Compete Auto Care fore me it was a Thursday night a 5pmest and they had the part Saturday by 1100 am CST. Also came with a 72 month warranty on parts and labor. Will be using them again/People do be fooled about all the bad reviews give them a try. Not all people you can please a 3 to 7 day shipping s moot on them its on the carrier such as UPS USPS andFed Ex and all are allow unless you pay expedited shipping. I have learned this the hard hard way/ Pay Expedited shipping if you need it right way. If they send you the wrong they will send the correct one out and not make you ship the other one back this has happened to me. They told me it would cost more for me and them to ship a 35.00 part. I repeat NEVER ORDER ON Holiday WEEKENDS HOLIDAYS OR FEDERAL HOLIDAYS EITHER. it will take twce as long”
