“My wife's car was leaking oil and I was out of town. Without an appointment, she stopped in at Lukoil and they immediately looked at her truck. Found that the oil drain plug had almost fallen out due to another quick oil change business not tightening it up appropriately. Bret probably saved her engine! Thanks Lukoil!”
