“I went to Olivia’s with my partner for a weekend and wow - Great location, super quiet and private yet a walk away from all the restaurants and the bridge to cross over to Lambertville. The staff and owner were wonderful and so kind. Card games in the living room and little snacks laid out throughout the day. I couldn’t have had a better experience.”

A short walk too from McCaffrey’s supermarket and St Martin of Tours church. The rooms are beautiful and cozy, the breakfast is delicious and feels like home. “We had an amazing time at Ghost Light Inn. My husband and I did the midweek getaway for our anniversary. Worth every penny! Champagne and fruit waiting for us when we arrived. Early check in. Room was absolutely beautiful with a juliette balcony and the doors pulled completely open giving us a great view of the river. The staff downstairs was so knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They walked us to our elevator. Our welcome note was personalized with where we traveled from, loved that special touch. $150 gift card to Stella included. We had brunch there before we left. So delicious and they even brought us a glass of champagne because they found out it was our anniversary. When checking out I didn't realize I left my necklace behind and the maid had the front desk staff call me right away so I could get it back. I really appreciated that. They made us feel special and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a couples getaway. They really go the extra mile for their guests.

Rooms: Room was great! Huge king bed. Clean linens. Juliette balcony with river view. Doors open all the way. Bathroom and separate shower. Double sinks. Stocked with snacks and drinks you may want.

Nearby activities: NJ/PA bridge that you can walk, restaurants, shops, coffee

Walkability: Many shops and restaurants within walking distance

Food and drinks: We had brunch at Stella and it was phenomenal. Lots of restaurants nearby. We had dinner at Nektar and it was a delicious style tapas restaurant about a minute away.

Noteworthy details: Midweek getaway package was extra but worth every penny.”

Really love this place. It's quaint, clean, and inexpensive when compared to other places in New Hope.

There is a restaurant on-site but have never eaten there.

Yea, the rooms are dated but that adds to the charm. Mostly for me, it's a great place to spend the night without paying for the extra amenities that I wouldn't be using.

Next trip back, I know where I'm staying!”

“We just recently stayed at the River House and we loved everything about it . This hotel is gorgeous and right on the river . Everyone who works there from the valet , front desk , and restaurant staff were professional and very friendly . The rooms are so clean and decorated with beautiful wallpaper and furnishings . We ate at Odettes the food and drinks were delicious. The location is also great we were able to walk into town and we’re only a 10 minute drive to Peddlers village Everything was perfect here ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
After we arrived home we realized my youngest son left his beloved stuffed dog behind (which he had had since he’s 2) so I called the hotel to see if they could locate my son’s dog. Well not only did they find the dog and offer to ship him back to our hometown on them, but They went above and beyond and put him in a basket with a bow, a sweet note was tucked inside and they created a whole paper with pics included of all the adventures the dog went on while he was left behind !!! We were so happy and very impressed with the staff at River House . I highly recommend this hotel it exceeded all of our expectations and I cannot wait to come back here !!!!!”

“Was pleasantly surprised by my impromptu stay here. The room was clean, the staff was very friendly and the breakfast buffet had many things to choose from. I wasn't planning a stay, but needed to book a room immediately when the roads were too foggy and even at midnight, it was seamless service. I booked in the car and my room was ready no problem. Nice family vibe here!”
