Overall excellent work & courteous service. When picking-up, I did have to ask for someone to walk me through everything that was done on the car and someone did do that, probably most others don't look for this.”

“I just had a great experience when my transmission broke and I was stranded in Ringwood N.J. That is a sentence that I never thought I would ever say. The Statefarm emergency response was immediate. The tow company arrived shortly after and I was delivered to the car dealer in record time. We are talking 2 hrs from breakdown in Ringwood to delivery in Morristown. The tow company personnel were great.”

“By default, after an accident in Flemington, my car got towed here. I was not getting my car repaired here ultimately, but I needed to deal with insurance and arrange for another tow. The woman in the office was extremely helpful, letting me sit at her desk and use her phone to make necessary arrangements. Then she got on the phone with insurance to finalize arrangements, and she helped me with the necessary paperwork to present to my insurance company. I am extremely appreciative of the kindness and assistance in a stressful situation, when I was not even their customer. Good customer service is rare, but Art's had mastered the "art" of helping the public.”
“Tried to open my car door locked and didn't respond to the FOB, I needed the key inside the FOB to get in. A year old car, the battery was completely dead. A&B came faster than expected, a person with good demeanor jumped started it, done quickly.”

I needed a rental, there's a convenient AUTORENT franchise right there, Patrick is awesome and attentive. Dina at CARSTAR kept me upto and and hustled the car thru to meet my schedule. “My wife's car was leaking oil and I was out of town. Without an appointment, she stopped in at Lukoil and they immediately looked at her truck. Found that the oil drain plug had almost fallen out due to another quick oil change business not tightening it up appropriately. Bret probably saved her engine! Thanks Lukoil!”
