With few 4 separate engagements, over a few years, I can say if you need to rent a vehicle go to this place! you will be very happy for the experience!”

“I found myself in Pittsburgh PA with no way to get back to Charleston WV. I got on line and reserved a car through Enterprise at 4099 William Penn Highway in Monroeville Pa. When I got there, there were already 6 people there (this was just before they opened at 10). When it was time for them to open an employee held the door for everyone to enter as other employees jumped to it to get customers taken care of. The car was clean and size requested, the young gentleman (who had gone to IUP (wish I had gotten his name)) checked the car over and told me exactly what to do when I returned it as the return point would be closed Saturday and Sunday. He was extremely polite and helpful. Very fast and helpful service. If you need to rent a car in Pittsburgh this is the place to go.”
“Had to get a car for the day on short notice, called up and Nikki took care of me from start to finish! Great customer service she was fun and easy to talk too! Car was in great condition and clean. Seems to be under new ownership since the last reviews I’ve seen on here.”

“I recently rented a car from Avis in New Kensington for a family vacation, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. Jay, Sue, Nick, and Kelly were absolutely wonderful to work with — friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. They went above and beyond to find the perfect vehicle for our trip, a 2025 GMC Terrain that was just the right size, loaded with all the bells and whistles, and surprisingly great on gas. When our trip ended up being a day longer than planned, they were so flexible and made extending the rental completely hassle-free.
