Called Best Buy to have Geek squad look at my computer. Lady on the phone could’ve asked if it was purchased through Best Buy so I didn’t have to travel an hour just for them to tell me that that don’t service pc’s that weren’t purchased through Best Buy…. Waste!

I scheduled a appointment for my daughter's mac book etc .. however when purchased geek squad failed to mention that they don't fix Apple products only phones etc.. told me I need to visit Apple store etc .. should've been told upfront when mac book was purchased

Called in to schedule an appointment to replace my galaxy phone screen, was told they could do it in under 2 hours. Once I got there and checked in i was told they would have my phone for 4 to 5 days.

They fixed my problem in one second for free for my pc but if you want to install a pc part they charge you a lot

If you get a year plan you can book your appointment and they help you very well. Have to pay for the parts but not the service on the plan.

I called the store number to ask a basic warranty question. The woman on the phone not only got me an answer quickly but she did not even mention that this wasn't in her job description, she just helped me and was so nice. I was more than satisfied.
