“they had a wide selection of furniture that we were looking for . the lady that rang us up completely messed up the transaction and when trying to correct did it again. we thought it was corrected. we actually had to end up calling the manager the next day to get resolved. he was very helpful.the store had a lot of nice stuff. just make sure it is being rung up properly.”

They carried out the old and then placed the new for us. Sorry I didn't get their names. Very pleased with the salesman as well as the delivery men.”

“If you're in the Bird in Hand-Intercourse area you have to visit this store. They have Amish furniture on display including tables, cabinets etc. But they also feature table tops made of various domestic hardwoods, such as the hard-to-find chestnut. Most of their wood comes from reclaimed barnwood. An amazing store.”

They had beautiful Wrought iron pieces outside and most of the furniture and crafts were made in America.Now almost everything was made in China and resin to look like wood.It's unfortunate that the shoppers aren't able to see the beautiful rustic store that it used to be.Did the souvenir shops in town buy most of the same items from China?”

Amy, Linda, Gertrude, Gertrude’s mom, Jay, the other nice lady working the desk, the other helpful guy who helped load my rocks and finally the very nice man in the other side who answered my many questions about weed barrier fabric: Thank you all so much for making me feel like your most important customer! Really. I got so much attention and help that I’m still impressed a week later by how well I was treated. So helpful, so friendly, so knowledgeable. So impressed! “I’ve purchased many pieces of furniture from Newswangers over the years. Recently I had a failure with my Lazy Boy recliner, I called the store to see what options were available for a replacement chair to buy, fully anticipating on buying a new 1. They informed me that the parts are a lifetime warranty and if they could find them they would be covered at no charge for the parts. They got the parts in a timely manner and replaced them the next day! Mind you this chair was purchased over 14yrs ago and they could’ve easily just brushed it off and told me parts aren’t available and sold me a new chair but they took the time to take care of the customer. I’m beyond happy and they were top notch from the initial call to the technician completing the repairs. It’s hard to find this kind of customer service these days but 1 things for sure…. I will never buy a piece of furniture from another company!! Thank you Newswangers”
