“My battery died, I’m from out of state. Company vehicle Roadside service only covers the owner of company. Go figure ?. My personal roadside service only covers my vehicle. People don’t carry jumper cables anymore. I was in the Denny’s parking lot, I asked a man if he had cables he said no but NTB is right there they might help you. I said oh ok thanks. What luck. I walked up to an open bay. Explained my situation, no judging, no attitude, no sign of inconvenience. Just sure we’ll be over in a minute. I was so relieved. “I have a 2019 Titan 48k miles. Fresh alignment and inspection. Got tires at Flynn’s - truck was shaking violently at 70 mph. They couldn’t fix it. Replaced the tires 2 times after that same issue. Went to kings asked them to scrape off all the old weights and the old glue left behind from multiple attempts to balance. They did what I asked and now the truck is riding smooth again. They have qualified guys in there that take their time and know what they’re doing. I got there at 9am and there was a 2 hr wait. The owner told me to come back at 11. He was right on with time management also. These guys are pros and this is a good tire shop.”
“Absolutely AWESOME customer service!!!!!! The quality of their work absolutely A+++ top notch as well but their customer service was ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!Not only were they so cool as to be open on a Sunday for a person like myself who could only afford a used tire, but they were even more helpful/kind as to go out of their way about an hour drive to find and go get the size tire I was in need of and bring it back to their location!!!And then on top of all that, like here I am a million miles from my home in complete and total desperation and I am ever so lucky as to find a place that's open and such but then on top of all that, as I am watching them finish up my car and locating my cashapp card to pay them with, I come across this random item that I have in my trunk (a little lock out set for opening car doors when locked out of a car). I offer it to the guy just like as an added bonus/show of gratitude/appreciation or whatever, AND THE DUDE TAKES IT FOR PAYMENT!!!!!! I say to him "no, no, I actually have some money, I can pay, I'm not completely flat broke, I just thought since you guys were so cool you might like this thing here". And he refuses my cashapp card, looks at the price tag on this little lock out set thing and says to me "no no, this here was $15-$20bucks and that's about what it would've been anyway"So yeah, like I said, customer service here is ABSOLUTELY ABOVE AND BEYOND the best customer service anyone could ever find anywhere ON THE PLANET!!!!!Ruffs Dale Tire people: I just want to thank you once more!!! You guys were not only lifesavers, but also Godsends!!!”

“I was in need of an emergency brake job. I called and asked if I could bring my vehicle in for service. When i arrived, i was immediately greeted and checked in. I watched a technician pull my vehicle into the garage and started working approximately 5 minutes later. The waiting area was clean considering the horrific weather outside. Not a single complaint from anyone in the waiting room. If you have ever been to another dealer or shop for service, you know what I'm talking about. Fast and efficient (a little over an hour-hour and a half tops) which saved me labor costs. I would give their team a ten star rating if possible. This was the only Ford dealership within 15 miles that could take me that day. I will drive the 15 miles anytime for that kind of service. Great job!!!”

“Got me fixed and back on the road very fast. Buy tires from here and buy the warranty (if your tires are beyond repair, you only have to pay based on mileage from tire purchase, so something akin to 2000 miles on $200 tires only cost me $69 to replace in total - Cant beat that value)! I had to swerve onto the sidewalk to avoid an accident, popped my FP, and left a good scar on RP. They got to work on quickly removing the faulty tire and relocating RP to FP (thank goodness it was still drivable), and putting my spare on rp.
The final repair is still pending but will be done this afternoon. So far, more than pleased with the service I have received!”

“Travelling down 70 and got a flat at in new stanton on my camper due to a dry rotted valve stem around 3pm on a Thursday. These guys hooked me up with a new HD trailer tire, changed 5 valve stems and had me back on the road by like 430 for less than $150. The 3 other places I called would have had me delaying vacation for at least 24 hrs. Blown away by their speed, service and price. Thanks!”
