“I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Ronnie Hardy, General Sales Manager, at Shively Motors of Shippensburg. As executrix of a relative's estate, I inquired about selling their vehicle. Ronnie gave me a very fair quote...no haggling or brow-beating. Ronnie was compassionate and understanding and even offered to give me some time to think it over. I texted him 2 days later and he had the check ready and waiting for me when I arrived!
Originally, other people tried to convince me to use those online sites that begin with a C...well both ended up being a hassle and one wanted me to drive almost an hour away before even making me any kind of offer! The other C site refused to accept my legally binding short certificate as executrix! There was none of that with Shively's....they accepted my paperwork & handed me a check made out to the estate! We spent more time chatting than what the actual deal took. There's something to be said for dealing directly with people in our hometown!”

“My vehicle broke down at the house. I called the Shippensburg NAPA store and spoke with Sherman. I explained that I was located about 10-15 minutes away from the NAPA store and was unable to get the part I needed, because I was unable to drive my vehicle. Sherman asked her manager if it would be possible if NAPA could deliver the part to me, (as I was not a NAPA served garage or business). Her manager agreed to have someone deliver the part to my address.
Turns out, I was able to repair my vehicle without needing the part. Nonetheless, I wanted to give a 5 Star shoutout to the Shippensburg NAPA store and especially to Sherman for her willingness to go Above and Beyond with her customer service!

We were not established customers but Maggie still spent a lot of time on the phone with me and got us in for an assessment of what we all figured was a hopeless situation of our leaking roof. Mike gave our camper a thorough assessment and a realistic estimate. He onviuosly knows his stuff . He spent a lot of time explaining things and discussing the options. The information was valuable but he would not accept a fee. We will definitely be regular customers with our next RV”

“You want a fair price and great staff? Go to Newburg Auto. Once I found out that Bobby had his own shop, I knew I would be driving an hour to have my vehicle serviced. I grew up with Bobby, I worked with Bobby and he is a great person and I knew he would treat me right as well as any friend or family I would send there.
