“The parking lot (if you can call it that) is teeny, tiny! There's only 3-4 spaces on the side of the building which can be tricky to get to since the alley is very narrow.The inside is always very clean but customer service is somewhat lacking. I know every business is struggling with staffing issues these days leaving current employees overworked, but a simple hello or a smile can go a long way.”

“Karen and Beth are amazing, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and caring. Postmaster Cathy was none of the above, but now that Cathy is gone, i haven’t had a bad experience since. Cathy should not be in customer service, one of the most rude and nasty individuals i have met. Only time i ever did have a bad experience was when she was around.”
