“Great experience all around, I'd recommend.After finding myself temporarily displaced around the new year, I was in desperate need of self-storage for my belongings. I went for this storage facility because it was the only one open/available and was pleasantly surprised by the facility, intuitive process, and friendly staff on each visit. Access hours of 5 AM to 10 PM are reasonable, indoor parking for loading/unloading made weather a non-issue, and having a second floor unit was no problem with the moving carts and elevator (including freight if needed).Thanks for providing this service!”

“Our tenants used this company and was quite happy with them. After doing a walk through of our home after they left we noted plenty of damage. Our tenants blamed EL Dinges for the damage to our new kitchen floor in particular and stated she bought insurance to cover it . After some communication with Dinges we learned our tenant lied to us and made false claims about the movers. Dinges did however came and took pictures and addressed our claim...kudos to them ..thank you”

“This place goes beyond a storage unit. The man running it takes care of his people. He is very understanding but he's also a business man. My mother was paying the rent for my unit and I would pay her the difference because she had things in my name. She forgot to pay the bill for two months so I paid it to open my unit. He was away on vacation but we got it paid over the phone and he had someone go first thing in the morning (Sunday) to open my unit. There was moisture damage and I hole in the ceiling. I let him know about the hole just in case it was actually leaking and he was very prompt to check it out. Even though it wasn't leaking, I still had damage and I didn't mind too much because it was my own fault. It's been a wet year and I should have known better. But he took care of us and helped us out. I have never been so thankful in my life. He saw it was a hard time and he stepped forward to help us. I will be forever grateful for this! If I ever need storage again, he'll be the first I contact.”
