I recently visited the Verizon store and had the pleasure of being assisted by Kenyatta. From the moment I walked in, she was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful.
Kenyatta took the time to listen carefully to my needs and explained all my options clearly without any pressure. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the plans, promotions, and technical details, which made my decision-making process so much easier. Her patience and friendly demeanor turned what could have been a stressful visit into a smooth and positive experience.
Thanks to Kenyatta’s expertise and excellent customer service, I was able to resolve my issue quickly and even upgraded my plan with full confidence. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up correctly before I left.

“Bobby helped me and my mom set up an appointment and went over everything and took so much time with us. Originally I was just gonna get a new phone for myself and did not know my options and he went above and beyond to help me and my mom understand the best options and differences between plans and took extra time and patience explaining how our new phones would work and helped us with the best pricing options. He was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and very generous for staying an hour past closing when he didn’t have to, to inform us with updated information and what would be the most appropriate and cost effective options. My iPhone 15 Pro was completely bricked (grayed-out Wi-Fi and stuck on an endless loading screen). Every shop I called in South Philly told me it was a dead motherboard and not worth repairing. They told me to go to this spot in Upper Darby instead.
I dropped it off, and they had it fixed in just one day. It turned out to be a deep iOS software issue, and they only charged me $20! Incredible honesty and amazing service. Don't waste your time anywhere else—go here first!”
“Marc was great work with. I hate getting new phones but he was very helpful and made the process really easy. I accidentally deleted all of my text messages the following day and he helped me restore them. I watched him interact with some older customers as well and he was very patient and kind to them through their phone issues. Highly recommend this location and Marc in particular.”
“I had the best experience at the Verizon store in Berwyn PA thanks to Charlie. We have recently switched to YouTube FIOS from regular cable and the learning curve is rough. We had some issues trying to figure out how to set it up. The original rep who sold us the plan was fine/just ok …but Charlie’s customer service was exceptional. He went above and beyond to help us with the set up. I can’t thank him enough for explaining everything, being patient and taking the time to help us. Highly recommend Charlie for anything you are buying or troubleshooting.”

“Went from 5 stars to -1. Went into this store today and tried to change my pin. Manager she identified herself as is very rude and unprofessional. Since I don’t know her name — black woman with red hair. I’ve dealt with the previous manager and every store associate her has always been helpful. When I asked her for her name she refused murmullé times to provide it and said “I don’t need it”.
This person should not be in any position of leadership. Disappointing and I will me making a complaint to the BBB

“I’ve found this place through Google and happy that I did as I was initially unaware of this establishment. I brought my phone in due to my screen not working. Upon meeting the owner, he is very pleasant, professional, and informative. I then left my phone with him in hopes of fixing it. Sadly, the issue with my phone was beyond their scope but I truly appreciate the honest effort in fixing it - as well as the owner not charging me (not even for labor) due to being unable to fix the issue. I fully support any place that works with integrity like this. I highly recommend this place to anyone. The owner even recommended a place to me to help fix my now motherboard issue.”
