“This visit was not the best nor the worst. Went to upgrade two phones. It seems like I was bothering the young worker from being on her phone when I came in. It was the look, rolling of eyes, and lack of enthusiasm for her job that just did not sit right with me. In any event, I simply went to a different store and was able to upgrade with no issues”
“I came in today to add another phone to my prepaid account. Walk through the door and Lira immediately helped me out. She was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Got home and tried to migrate the phone to the account and hit the wall. Was on with a "live agent" or should I say agents ...& it was awful!! Came back to the store and Marcus got the job done!
