“This location is my only go-to for now on and should have always been now on to AT&T, service from their people. There is unbelievably good very well versed in skill level. Was able to do a port out and Port in with very low issues to almost no issues. I hope everybody reads this and definitely takes into account how awesome this place is! Their customer service is next to top notch. I highly recommend this location.”

“I enjoy coming to the Springfield location, they have two levels kinda feels like your in a little mall. I noticed they have cheaper prices also compared to the City Ave location. It's always nice to drop in Starbucks for a Chai Latte while shopping. Target never disappoints.”

“This is the best Target in the area to do a return at. Multiple times I've had issues with an online order and they've had no problem figuring it out for me. The other Target in the area won't even try my return if it's a "third party" from their website. Shoutout to Amanda for assisting with no problem and figuring it out! She's great.”

“I was there today 12/11/24 and I was lucky enough to have Marcus help me. Marcus was so knowledgeable and helpful with the information I was giving him as to what I was in for. I wanted to upgrade, get a new flip phone added to my account for my mom and wanted information for a new iWatch as well. He gave me all the comparisons in prices for different scenarios and combinations with the things I needed. Marcus was very professional. THANK YOU MARCUS for your help, YOU ROCK!! Chris”

“So I stopped by Walmart today with my mother to pick up a few things. I am typically not a fan of Walmart but today I had a great experience. I received excellent customer service from an associate on the floor and the cashier. They were so helpful and kind. The store was well stocked and had great prices. Today's experience made me want to give Walmart another shot. I'll be back...”
