“I blew a tire one day & thankfully was right outside of this shop. Although they don’t stock them, they offered to use one they had laying around. It just so happened to fit. I was advised to still get a new one but was safely able to make it home (I live about an hour away). They saved me a ton of money that day. No expensive, unplanned tow truck or overpriced tires. They spent about an hours time, if not more helping between other customers with appointments. Before leaving I asked for a price & was told, “Don’t worry about it! These are already a nightmare.” I was able to shop around for the tire I really needed without worry. Very kind, genuine, hard working business here! “Excellent. Will use again. Real People. I have a Red Yukon Denali (no GM ever again!) that I'm turning in 7 months before lease is due. In honesty, I pigged it up very badly. It was messy and dirty. Louie V's scheduling was great - I texted and talked to a REAL person, prompt straight up answers. Everything was done as promised and even completed ahead of schedule. It looks perfect now and ready to be turned in. Will use this shop again.”

“So the corner panels on my X5 seemed to attract the garage door frame and a dumpster. I just took a couple of photos posted them on the CARSTAR website and bingo a couple of days later a reasonable quote. Took just a phone call to schedule. I needed a rental, there's a convenient AUTORENT franchise right there, Patrick is awesome and attentive. Dina at CARSTAR kept me upto and and hustled the car thru to meet my schedule. She even made sure that some scratches got the right attention. I'll be back.”

“First time customer. Went for a timing belt/water pump and Serpentine belt change and got more. My engine was cleaned, tire pressure corrected, daytime driving light installed without asking. Vince and company are great at what they do. I drove 30 minutes and bypassed a few recommendations and it was well worth it. Clean shop, honest work, reasonable price, and down to earth atmosphere.
