“Bought my tires from Amazon on Monday (Should have had them shipped right to the store but did not for some reason), Tires arrived Tuesday, Got an appointment for noon to have them mounted and balanced on Wednesday. Came in by 12 left by 2. John was a pleasure to speak with over the phone when making my appointment, he explained to me it’s just a better idea to get the tire shipped to the store, I will Next time! Was greeted by Mike on Wednesday and they took my vehicle in right away. 100% recommend this location, everything was fast and efficient. The communication was on point and courteous!! I will be returning to this location from now on for both our vehicles.”

Jonathan and Kyle very professional very informative they inspected the car told me what I needed and when I picked it up, it was like having a whole new vehicle, the differences between day and night, after they worked on the suspension system.
I will be returning soon for them to look at my 1979 VW bus. I highly recommend them very professional very trustworthy.”
“This place is awesome!! Ended up here after Mavis told me it would be a three hour wait and I'm so glad it worked out that way! The prices are more reasonable and they had me in and out in an hour. The waiting room is big and clean and there is even a small room filled with stuff for kids to play. “I live in upstate New York and was looking to buy a used car, I wanted to get a pre-purchase inspection since I would be buying site unseen. I found Alexander’s Auto when searching for auto shops near the dealer from which i’d be purchasing. I called Alexander’s to schedule an appointment and informed them of what I’d be doing. They assured me that it was no problem and they wouldn’t provide any info regarding the inspection to the seller, only directly to me. They performed a thorough inspection which highlighted many areas not seen in photos from the seller or mentioned by the seller. Alexander’s also asked good questions regarding my intent with the car to help me make a better informed decision based on the things that needed work as to whether it would be worth the cost needed to get the car in shape. The owner offered sage advice and wisdom on the used car purchase experience and gave me the insight needed to make an informed decision and moreover things to think about with future buying experiences. Can’t thank them enough!”
“Had to get a new intake manifold on my Gti and they did very high quality work with tons of communication and found sensors that needed replacing. Provided full error code and reasoning for the sensors needing to be replaced. Only downside is the price was definitely a little steep but not unreasonable and then again you get what you pay for and I feel that they did do perfect work.”

“After taking my vehicle to the dealer that I purchased it from (and took to for service for over 10 years) told me I needed a new exhaust, I took it to Belmont's for a second opinion. And it's a good thing I did! Belmont's found that my tires were dangerously dry rotted and my breaks were essentially gone. Andy got back to me right away and said, and I quote, "I wouldn't let you drive around the block like this, ma'am!" The dealer I took it to, just 2 days prior, marked them in the green/yellow and passed them for inspection. Belmont's was also able to patch my exhaust and didn't have to replace the whole thing. HUGE THANK YOU to Andy & the Belmont's team for keeping me SAFE and handling everything in a timely manner at a reasonable cost. 100% recommend... these guys are top notch! THANK YOU AGAIN, BELMONT'S!!”

I don’t leave many reviews, but if this helps anyone decide whether to use them or not, Vince’s saved me literally thousands of dollars by finding a warranty stipulation that would cover my car’s cracked manifold. They researched, called my dealership, and even printed supporting documents for me to take along when I took my car in to get it fixed. I ended up getting the manifold replaced for free. I can’t thank you guys enough!!! Highly recommend.”
