“Zimmerman’s Auto Repair definitely saved the day for my fiancé, 2 dogs and myself today! As we were driving home from Upstate NY to South Carolina we had some car trouble when we first crossed in to PA. Got that fixed. But the closer we got to Maryland I had to use the restroom and we noticed when we stopped that my car was smoking and had absolutely no oil in it. It was pushing closing time for them and they weren’t sure they would be able to even look at my car today but thankfully they stayed a little late to look at my car and was able to fix the mistake that my current oil and lube place made. The receptionist was absolutely AMAZING. Looked up hotels that accepted pets and offering to pick me up to get my car if it wasn’t fixed today. So thankful it was an easy fix. I cannot thank everyone there enough! Y’all are truly amazing people!”

“Hi Tyler, I manage this storage facility and you have been a great customer since 06-25-18. I have not heard from you since you placed your 1995 toyota celica in storage until 10-06-2020. I received a message that you were tired of dealing with your car and that you would like to terminate your storage. I have called you 2 times and left a message, I emailed you and I texted you. I offered to help you dispose of your car at no charge! I have not had a returned phone call, email or text from you. I assure you that your car is still in the same condition as when you dropped it at our lot. It has not been stolen and is available for you to pick up. Please give me a call and I will be happy to help you!”
“My wife and I were in the area from Tennessee on a much needed vacation. We were staying at a nearby campground. While there it occurred to me that I may have topped of the transmission fluid in my F-350 with the wrong type. I really wanted to get it out of there so I Googled local shops with a good rating. LN Automotive came up so I just drove there and explained my situation to who I believe to be the owner. He was very accommodating and got me right in to perform a complete transmission fluid change out. Everything went well for the rest of our time there until we left to head to Burke’s Garden, Va. We got about 2 miles from the campground and one of the rubber transmission lines popped of which was no fault of the shop. I lost about 10 quarts of transmission fluid. To cut out more details…I was able to get my truck and camper to LN. I believe he saw my dire situation so he got me right in, put new transmission cooler hoses on and filled the transmission back up with fluid. I paid him and we were on our way. Everyone at the shop was very hospitable. I really appreciated them for helping me out and not overcharging. I highly recommend LN Automotive in Newville, Pa.!”
