“Have had nothing but good experiences at this shop! They really go the extra mile when it comes to quality of work, and customer service. I have been here a few times over the past year to get work done on my Tacoma. Not once have I been disappointed with the the repairs, or the time in which they were completed. The communication has been on point. It made the process efficient, and stress free. Highly recommend this business!”

“Excellent service; you can absolutely depend on this business! The service is thorough and the owner/employees are extremely honest with you and extremely knowledgeable. You never feel like you’re overpaying or getting stuff you don’t need. Every time I go here I get exactly what I am asking for without hassle and honest and reliable service. I have had them install new tires, alignment, oil change, brake pads, inspection etc. I know that each time I go here I will be taken care of and the most honest Way. All of the staff here work very hard to get you out the door. This is my go to place, indefinitely.”

“I recently had my vehicle serviced at Shively Motors of Shippensburg. I brought it in due to a strange sound coming from the engine compartment, and Kerry promptly accommodated me with an appointment the same day. Kerry provided outstanding customer service throughout the entire process. Not only was the issue successfully diagnosed and repaired, but she also completed the emissions test while keeping me fully informed of any additional findings or updates along the way. Her professionalism, clear communication, and genuine care made what could have been a stressful experience smooth and reassuring. I highly recommend Shively Motors of Shippensburg and will definitely return for future service needs. A special thank you to Kerry — she is truly exceptional at what she does! “What an amazing place that did an amazing thing for me. I have been trying to get a car for almost 2 months now and every place kept denying me. My credit wasn't the best but it wasn't the worst plus not enough credit history to get approved anywhere. No, after no till friends of mine told me about Ray Jay's. They went above and beyond and gave me hope with a beautiful, reliable car, with decent monthly payments, after everywhere else said no!. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking cause they go above and beyond to genuinely help people”

Definitely recommending this garage!!!!!!”

Everyone was super professional, tidy uniforms, and all the things that some people have been apparently complaining about. Just flip past all those negative reviews and come get your stuff handled here.”
