It is impossible to remove one party from a checking account. Do not waste your time. Be sure to unenroll in Bill Pay before you make any attempt to do so. The process is unbearable.

i have been a customer for quite many years now and the kind of service I get at this branch is terrible. i have been to many other branches to get notary services which most banks provide free for their customers but not this branch. at first I thought they may have some strict policies on what documents they notarize but after repeated attempts I slowly realized that the notary as soon as she looks at the page I presented before her and even without reading the content of the page she straight away denies the possibility of getting the document notarized. I am a preferred rewards customer for this bank and just because of the rude service I have received at this branch and with the notary I am slowing moving my business to other banks where they deliver for their customers instead of simply reaping benefits out of money customers deposit with their bank.

Insanity. Waited on the phone for 43 minutes only to be transferred to an outside phone number asking me if I wanted walmart giftcards, auto insurance quotes, and if I owned or rented my home. There is ALWAYS AT LEAST AN HOUR WASTED EVERYTIME I TRY TO CALL THIS COMPANY. IM SO FED UP.

After being treated like trash for over a year by other Bank of America staff, I decided to stop into the branch on the way home and I'm so glad I did. They fixed my account and set me straight. Amazing customer service. They really went above and beyond! Highly recommended

As executor of a will, following a phone call to BoA, I was instructed to go to a nearby branch to close out an account. I made it clear to the man who greeted me I don't bank with them, I like my present bank, would not be leaving it, and didn't have time for anything but the task at hand. It took over an hour to close out the account, much of my time being taken up by a hard sell to open an account. I don't like to be pushed to change.
