Edwin was a big help with setting up my account today. I had a horrible experience with a different bank prior to coming in and setting up my accounts with Chase Bank, which put a lot of pressure on me. I was fortunate to have him as to work with through the process, as he was very professional and had a genuine concern to help me through the process so that I can get move forward and have my issues resolved. I definitely recommend Chase Bank and to request Edwin if you can.

I had a great experience walked in was helped right away and everyone was friendly / attentive, not sure about the other bad reviews but I have been here like 3 or 4 times and always received really solid help

Terrible experience. Saw 3 employees standing in a circle as soon as I walked in looking at each other awkwardly. I’m there to open a checking account and they ask me to sit and wait while a 4th employee walks back and supposedly speaks with the banker. She comes back, asks if I had an appointment and that “all the bankers are busy”. So what exactly do those 4 do if not assist customers? It all seemed really shady, like I walked in when I wasn’t supposed to. It was very jarring and I felt uncomfortable and discriminated against.

Location currently has a sign on its stating they are temporarily closed but leadership failed to update hours of operation and temporary closage information on google. As a local business owner of multiple businesses this is a process that can be controlled by Chase corporation which they do have someone to actually do this but it's actually sad that they couldn't even notify Google and make customers drive all the way to the location to be turned away what a joke.

Honestly it was ridiculous. Poor customer service from manager dude with an iPad took 30 mins to cash a check and made up verification excuses they use at their discrepancy to judge whoever they feel like………..felt like i was trying to steal my own money……….and charged me $10 to cash a check from their bank.GARBAGE!Go to TD bank where they treat everyone respectfully.

I did not have the best customer experience with many banks currently, but this one is exceptional. You can not beat quality human beings and a great customer service experience.
