Great experience with Chase Bank. Everyone helped set up new account, patient and explained everything in great detail. Professional and genuine concern helped move forward and resolved issues. Friendly, attentive, solid help always. A horrible experience with a different bank put a lot of pressure, but professional help and genuine concern had the process move forward. Fortunate to have help and received solid help each times.
