Joseph was the technician that helped me today and he was awesome. I was having issues with my sound and some software issues. He was really patient with me because I don’t know some basic things about the iPhone but he didn’t make me feel bad at all. “Excellent and massive selection. Helpful staff who don't pressure you. Sometimes they have great deals, especially on their store brand stuff (Inland). My only complaint is how they (with a postcard offer) lure me in for a free flash drive, and because I lack self control I end up spending hundreds while I'm there. I do like supporting a brick and mortar retail place that's local.”
