Services like the scan it app help shorten the checkout experience, though its removal has disappointed some customers. While generally providing an all-around great experience, some visits can be very busy with frustrating checkout problems, including closed lanes and technical issues. On occasion, the entrance has been blocked off well before closing time. Team members are often noted for being super nice, helpful, and willing to assist customers.

While I totally appreciate the handicap parking being near the store entrance, please explain why handicap people have to return carts more than halfway down the parking lot! There should be cart returns next to handicap parking
