“Super friendly staff, great selection, community oriented, im proud to support!
Just walk down the path.
We bough cat and panda stickers, a small panda toy, color and then fold origami paper, colorful painting glow in the dark make your own bracelet kit. All for a birthday gift. Fairly affordable.”
“This store is amazing for the items in stock and the good prices. There is a huge selection of anything that you can think of for any scale model trains. They have a large helpful staff who are willing to help you find any particular item and good advice and tips for the hobby.”
“I live in southern DELCO and we have several shops down here, but I choose to drive 20 miles to Coins and Currency of Wayne. Friendliness and ease of doing business is top notch. I highly recommend.”
“I came up from Philly and was happily surprised at the selection of N-Scale items as most smaller model train stores only cater to O and HO Scale models. The staff was nice, friendly and eager to help.Prices are reasonable and not overly expensive.I will, definitely be coming back to buy more stuff from them.”
“By far the best Card shop around. The Staff is amazing. They are friendly and so knowledgeable . Their passion for cards and introducing people into the Card collecting hobby is so refreshing to see. No question is to small and they are all ways looking to make sure you leave Happy.”
“Another great place I came across while out on a road trip. Now from the outside it is a smaller place and don't have a large space for graphic novel and back issues but they have them. They have a gaming area. And nice part is they have great customer service. Every time I been in there has some great comic and convention talks. They were always engaging and fun to talk to. They also have an Indy comic section which I always love. They may be small but they got lots of heart and great selection with the space they have. Definitely check them out .”
“Great selection and awesome people to help you find what you need. Very friendly and knowledgeable, they really care about what they do. I try to stop by every time I'm in the area”
“Who doesn't love Michael's? But isn't it time we start selling local artists' products?
Large parking lot with handicapped entrance and spacious check out counter.”
“Just met Ken and one of his sons. My almost 10 year old and I walked into his shop with some stamp questions. I just wish every shopkeeper was as friendly and authentic.
Highly recommend.”
“As someone who’s has friends who want to get me back into trading card games (begrudgingly; it’s an expensive hobby) the staff we’re super helpful with what what questions I had, what has changed in the game in the last 12 years, etc. I had no issues getting the help I needed. They even gave me some free Land cards to help with getting back into building decks. Certainly will be back to restock on what I need going forward.”
“Large store with most of what we were looking for. Only gripe about this place is how difficult it is to find somebody to help. Also, the columns to hold the ceiling up are in the middle of some aisle entries making it difficult to navigate at times.”
“Mgr Mary went out of he way to look for a house warming gift for an Amish family we are visiting this Sat.
She recommended a farm scene with a horse to be painted by the numbers.
She gave me 2 to choose from.
I had called in the request and she did not disappoint.
She gave me a %15 Military Discount and even wrapped it for me.
Thank you Michael's and Mgr Mary.”
“Visited Hobby Lobby several times between Thanksgiving and Christmas, and the store was packed with an impressive selection of holiday items. It was definitely very busy and the lines were long, but they moved surprisingly fast and were well managed. Overall, a great place for seasonal décor if you don’t mind the crowds during peak holiday shopping.”
“I love Michael's because of the great deals and products they carry. However I like this location because of the people that work here and the convenience of the area. The workers in here are friendly and quite knowledgeable about where things are located in the store and on certain topics too. That's a big thing for me! If you do crafting or like to make things once in a while this is one of the best places to go outside of a hobby shop!”
“Friendly and helpful workers. Well stocked, however, July is way to early to be putting out Halloween decorations! Three months before a holiday? Come on, this is ridiculous! Life goes fast enough so stop pushing it!”
“At 2519 USCF Tom is 2nd best chess player in PA and 71st best nationally. A strong mind to teach you the nuances of the game, especially at a fraction of the rate of lesser skilled yet name brand tutors. I still think I can beat him when he is blindfolded with a time disadvantage and distracted by phone calls. I've lost 15 times so far but I think I had a good attacking position for a turn or two.”
“We had a great experience with the frame shop and Dylan! He helped us choose the perfect frame and mat and was very thorough. Would definitely come back with more art to frame thanks to him. ?”
“My friend and I had to buy a picture frame and an employee named Nicholas helped us the whole time. Customer service was incredible and he gave us the best deals! This was by far the best Michaels I’ve been to, Nicholas was awesome!”
“Horrible. I really hate this store. There are NEVER enough cashiers working. It takes another cashier almost 15 minutes to come assist ,meanwhile the line is getting longer and longer. I will never return to the one on City Ave.”
“First visit today. Much more reasonable prices on retail than others and frankly, with some products retail is the way.Awesome store. Jerseys, balls, punks, autos, cards. Feel like a kid. Both gentlemen were very helpful and nice. No insecure owner vibe. Just watching 7the Phils.”
“I cannot recommend The Ceramic Shop enough, specifically their technician, Dave. As a professional who relies on my kiln almost daily, being down for weeks was a nightmare. I reached out to five different businesses in the Austin area, and every single one refused to help because I was outside their city limits.
In a last-ditch effort to try a DIY fix, I contacted The Ceramic Shop. Dave responded to my voicemail immediately. His patience and depth of knowledge were world-class. He walked me through every step of the troubleshooting process until he identified the component that was failing. Thanks to his guidance, my kiln is back up and firing! I am eternally grateful for a business that actually sticks by its customers when they are in a bind. If you need technical expertise and a team that cares, this is the place.”
