“Super friendly staff, great selection, community oriented, im proud to support!
Just walk down the path.
We bough cat and panda stickers, a small panda toy, color and then fold origami paper, colorful painting glow in the dark make your own bracelet kit. All for a birthday gift. Fairly affordable.”
“Absolutely one of my favorite places. Downstairs is a wonderful toy store with each aisle crammed full of unique toys that you will not find elsewhere easily. Upstairs is a full on model railroad store. Has some great layouts to meander around, but also carries everything imaginable for trains and layouts. There really is so much to see. The staff is always helpful and super friendly. My children all love going there. On the visit the other day we didn't tell our 8 year old where we were going. When we pulled up you would have thought we were at a theme park giving away free ice cream and puppies. Just a great place all around. Update: still legit the best toy store ever!”
“I've dealt with Frank for about 10 years. Always fair. Very knowledgeable and willing to explain. I think a lot of time.people forget that a business like this has to resell at a profit so naturally you won't get top price. Do some research and you won't be disappointed.”
“I have been a customer for over 40 years. The selection in all scales is great. I model N-scale and often find just what I need/want here.
No place else in Philly offers the combination of product and service.
My go-to store”
“Met the owner and had a fun conversation. Kind and helpful. A very welcoming place. A nice bulk box to dig through and a good selection of packs. I'm not too knowledgeable about comics but they seem to have a large selection of comics and collectibles as well.”
“By far the best Card shop around. The Staff is amazing. They are friendly and so knowledgeable . Their passion for cards and introducing people into the Card collecting hobby is so refreshing to see. No question is to small and they are all ways looking to make sure you leave Happy.”
“First time at this Micheal’s, Joanne rang me up and she was AMAZING. She got me signed up with Micheal’s rewards and was just hilarious. She made my day. Thank you so much.”
“Was recommended by a buddy of mine in the business. Glad I went! They were really nice, took the time to educate me and answer all my questions. They were nothing but honest. I highly recommend and teust them!”
“The owner is as passionate and knowledgeable and is by far the most welcoming to new players out of any shops in the area.
Good products, service , and community.”
“Large store with most of what we were looking for. Only gripe about this place is how difficult it is to find somebody to help. Also, the columns to hold the ceiling up are in the middle of some aisle entries making it difficult to navigate at times.”
“LOVE that that Michaels is carrying fabric and sewing notions, now that we no longer have Jo-Ann's. Selection is limited and geared toward lightweight crafting fabrics. I thought the notions were priced a little on the high side. Knee patches came one of each color in several different variety 4-packs, so to get two matching ones I had to purchase two packs at over $4.50 each. They also carry Singer sewing machine accessories, but stock was low, and there were only generic and few needles. Thanks Michaels for picking up some of the slack!”

“Such a good store! Been going for a few weeks to play pokemon with my kids and everyone there is super kind!
We had an incident where we misplaced a card we had bought while playing and everyone jumped to try to help find it and even gave my kids some free cards while we could not find it, and eventually it turned up slid in behind another card in a sleeve ? definitely a good lgs!”
“Visited Hobby Lobby several times between Thanksgiving and Christmas, and the store was packed with an impressive selection of holiday items. It was definitely very busy and the lines were long, but they moved surprisingly fast and were well managed. Overall, a great place for seasonal décor if you don’t mind the crowds during peak holiday shopping.”
“I love Michael's because of the great deals and products they carry. However I like this location because of the people that work here and the convenience of the area. The workers in here are friendly and quite knowledgeable about where things are located in the store and on certain topics too. That's a big thing for me! If you do crafting or like to make things once in a while this is one of the best places to go outside of a hobby shop!”
“Amazing service, I had a doordash order that had 16 balloons. And despite the large order, and large amount of customers in line, I want to personally commend Tyler, Sheila, and Paola for such an amazing job! They were really great at at keeping it together and for helping me with all my needs during the dash. :)”
“We had a great experience with the frame shop and Dylan! He helped us choose the perfect frame and mat and was very thorough. Would definitely come back with more art to frame thanks to him. ?”
“Stopped by to get about a million frames for a series of drawings and every single person I talked to was both incredibly helpful and incredibly nice! I have never had such a positive experience-thanks to the employees. Not to mention that there was an insane sale; I spent about half as much as I expected for twice as many frames. Thank you KOP Michaels!”
“RIP Carl. Going to the store with my dad searching for Vladdy Guerrero Jr rookie cards got me into the hobby. Opening those 2019 opening day cards will always be a great memory shared my my brothers, my dad and myself.”
“Tamika has excellent customer service , great attitude, problem solver , and all around a very sweet and inspiring worker. I believe she deserves a promotion 100%!!!!!!”

“I LOVE ordering from The Ceramic Shop! Their prices are competitive, they ship in a timely manner, and their customer support is top notch. I almost never have issues, but when something comes up, I get a prompt response and always feel they take care of my concerns. They also offer a wide variety of products, so I typically end up adding on something new with my usual orders just so I can try something new! I can't recommend them enough!”
