“Went in today to pickup a new window A/c unit. A young lady by the name of Adrianna helped me. She was super well spoken, told me exactly the size and strength unit I would need to cool my apartment, and helped me find a cart to move the unit with.
The unit works great, and the store is fine, but my interaction with her is why Im leaving this review. She deserves a raise and a promotion with the great attitude and knowledge she possesses. 11/10 stars. When I come back for other items, I hope shes the store associate to help me!”
“My husband and I are very pleased with how our closet looks. Shelley was professional, punctual, and created a beautiful design for our primary closet. We had to tweak a few things that weren’t working after putting our clothes back in our closet. Shelley was right on it and had someone out to fix it the very next week. I highly recommend the Closet Works Inc.”

“If you are someone like me, you are constantly doing little diy projects around your house and don't need tons of materials. Sometimes the Lowe's and Home Depot's can get extremely overwhelming and often times hard to find help from an employee. I have recently stopped going to Lowe's in Havertown and solely go to DMI on haverford rd! They have anything I could possibly need for the projects around my house. Lumber, paint, hardware, screws and nails, tools, gardening supplies, rental equipment for those larger projects, you name it! They also do chair and table rentals if you are throwing a party and need some extras! It really does feel like a family when you walk in there. There are numerous employees walking around, constantly asking how they can assist and make your experience at DMI better than it already is. From large to small, DMI has all that you could possibly need at a great price. Give it a try next time, I'm sure you will be back!”

“I'm writing this review as a shout-out to Jenny and Cheyenne. I've been a satisfied Lowe's customer for some time now and Lowe's Plymouth Meeting is hands-down my favorite location in the Philadelphia region. The staff here is very professional and helpful and I've had many pleasant experiences, but the most notable one so far was last week. Due to a technicality, the system was not properly applying a sizeable discount I was entitled to on my online pickup order. I requested help from Jenny at the Customer Service desk. We had to involve a manager (Cheyenne) and even she was initially resistant and then confused at the system glitch once I explained in detail. However, after a lot of struggling with the system, they were able to resolve the issue to my satisfaction and save me a lot of time, expense and hassle. I highly appreciate all their help.”
“Could use better customer service. Most of the time no one is available for help and when I managed to stop someone they seem to want to get rid of me. But there is one guy at customer service counter on my way out who always seems to make it seem like a friendly environment and great customer service and he helps me every time. Sorry to say I don't remember his name, but it's between the hrs of 9am-3pm. Older gentleman. Thank u for helping Everytime”
