On moving day, the crew arrived on time and handled everything with care. They packed and loaded my belongings quickly, but nothing felt rushed or overlooked.
The movers were friendly, polite, and clearly experienced. They navigated some tricky staircases and large furniture with ease. Upon arrival at my new place, they carefully unloaded and placed everything exactly where I wanted it.

However, I was very disappointed to receive an unexpected $214 charge for setting two TVs back on the same stands they removed them from but customer service acted promptly and I got a refund for that extra expense. The company handle the issue very professionally with great customer service and support.”
