“I hit a pipe on the road that punctured my tire and pulled into the nearest gas station to call AAA. Jay just so happened to be pulling into the gas station and noticed my tire. He didn’t need to help as I didn’t request help but from the goodness of his heart, he helped me install my spare and let me get on my way. One of the kindest acts I’ve ever received from a stranger. Jay, if you’re reading this, you changed my whole day around. Your kindness was above and beyond and something I will never forget. I took the “pipe” out of my tire, and it wasn’t a pipe. It was a tire gauge! Talk about irony. Thanks Jay for your kindness today, it left a lasting impression on me. I think I have a new place to go to when my car has troubles! I definitely recommend this company based on the kindness I received today. Not to mention how QUICK Jay was. Very knowledgeable and very kind.”

“I called to see if they could eventually reconnect my exhaust. They told me they could do it ASAP. I was surprised but very glad! They do their best to help every time I need something or even if I just need to call and ask a question. They are always very patient.”
