“A bit of a late review (my apologies). At the end of last summer, I had a deer jump out onto a roadway from a steep hillside. I almost came to a complete stop, but slightly hit it in the rear end (which only helped it across the road a little quicker - lol). The mild encounter was just enough to put a small indentation in the front bumper and activate the collision senor on my SUV. Since the vehicle was only one year old, I wanted the bumper repaired and was also concerned that the various front end sensors may be out of alignment or inoperable. I was informed by the Service Manager at Cochran North Huntington that the sensor repairs could be costly and recommended that I file a comprehensive claim - and to contact Body by Cochran right up the Road. I contacted Dale Popovich and he was fantastic from start to finish. Dale worked closely with my insurance agent and and gave me constant work progress updates throughout the repair process. The body shop team did a beautiful job and Dale even took care of a few unrelated small paint blemishes on a near by panel while in the repair process. Thanks again Dale - you're the best!!”
“I can’t express how much of a great job you did with my car! Here’s the back story, I was at a red light, yes I was stopped. A deer came out of nowhere! Smashed my sunroof in, it was a HUGE hole, took my passenger mirror off, dented the passenger side of my car and decided to SCRATCH the paint off from my back passenger door to almost the end of my car. I was shook up nonetheless. Pulled over, filed my claim and found the closest auto body shop. Fix’s Auto Body shop showed up through my ins app. Drove home (2 miles) and called the shop, anxious, Ms Lee helped me so much, she calmed me down like a Mom would. This is my first time ever going through this. She gave me all the information I needed. Now to today. My car is excellent!!! And they washed it! Made sure my tire pressure was good. The whole time they were professional, knowledgeable and super friendly. Jess is the greatest as well!! Mr Bill thank you for everything, you are super great. So thank you to Fix’s Auto “Spa” and auto body! You guys really made my holiday great! I give REAL reviews, so if you’re in need of an auto body shop, this is where you need to be…”
